SAPERSTEIN MIDDLE SCHOOL

The project is a ground up new middle school located on Mulholland Drive in West Los Angeles. The challenging location and topography resulted in nearly four years of entitlement coordination prior to construction. The project estimated to cost $30 million dollars is being developed by WRES as a fee developer. The school will be completed by July 1, 2009.
