In 2003 Winco Anchorage Investors I acquired the 113,000 square foot Corporate Express building in Anchorage, Alaska. The property has a stable roster of tenants, with upside in future rents. Since the acquisition of the property Winco has renegotiated various leases and increased the income from the property. The property continues to be managed by Winco and held for investment.
