This exclusive, multi-tenant office building with white water views is the largest ocean view building constructed in Malibu since the city was incorporated. Winco spent nearly 4 years developing the project. Following completion on lease up of the property, one of the partners of Winco Maliview died and the principal of Winco sold his interest in the project. The building remains 100% leased and operating and serves as the corporate headquarters of Jakks Pacific Corporation.
