On behalf of a client, in 1998 Winco acquired two adjacent industrial properties in the City of Commerce. Our client used these properties until 2004. Winco has since been retained to develop a new industrial development on the properties and is currently in the process of redeveloping them. Completion is scheduled for fall 2005.
