Richard B. Shapiro

For over twenty years Richard has been active in all aspects of the commercial real estate business including development, leasing, management and repositioning. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Wincorp Realty Investments, Inc. an American Stock Exchange listed REIT, Vice President of Elins Development Company, and EDM Equities, Inc. Richard is an honor graduate of the University of Southern California. Currently he serves as Vice Chairman of The Parkinson's Institute, a world renowned research organization leading the way to find the cause and cure for Parkinson's disease. In 2004, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Richard to serve as a Commissioner of the California Horse Racing Board where he currently serves as Chairman. Richard received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

Lara Porrazzo
Administrative/ Project Manager
Lara handles all administrative matters for the Winco companies, interfacing with vendors, tenants, investor partners and clients. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial related matters for Winco.  In addition, she is responsible for the coordination of projects for the Winco companies and oversees all aspects of projects including management of the partnerships and properties.  She monitors timing and deadlines, assigning responsibilities and coordinating project budgets.
